Azhar Waseem is Canadian Lawyer with Practise experience in Immigration law, Real Estate law, Criminal law, Business law and Family law. He is seasoned lawyer with international legal experience. Prior to set his feet in the legal profession he did his graduation in sociology and journalism. He started working as a crime investigator and reporter for a renowned TV channel in Pakistan. His enthusiasm and drive for access to justice has led him to pursue his career as a lawyer. He finished his Law degree from Punjab University in Pakistan. He has more than 4 years of legal experience from Pakistan in different sittings ranging from legal assistant, legal advisor, to ultimately running his own law firm. He moved to Canada back in 2019 and his inner lawyer-self has made him achieve the same title in Canada. In Canada, he completed his NCA assessment issued by FLSC and got a certificate of qualification (CQ) from national committee on accreditation (NCA). He then enrolled himself with the Law society of Ontario and completed his Barrister & Solicitor Exams. He got Bar-at-law degree from Law Society of Ontario In March 2023. He got an employment offer from Legal Aid Saskatchewan in same year and started practising as criminal defense lawyer. He had a very wonderful learning experience at The legal aid Saskatchewan and had the privilege to represent numerous clients in Provincial Court of Prince Albert. He also had the opportunity to work on the Cree court circuit points such as Pelican Narrows and Ahtakakoop first nation in Saskatchewan. He is currently running his own law firm and is the principal lawyer at "RAJPUT LAW".
